A: No. We're confident you'll love your dream closet after we've drawn it up.
Q: How long does it take for my materials to arrive?
A: Most products arrive within 10 business days from the date your order is placed.
Q: What warranty do you offer on the materials?
A: We warranty the materials for as long as you own your home.
Q: What warranty do you offer on your labor should I need to have you install my products?
A: We warranty our labor for one year.
Q: How much do you charge for phone assistance during my installation?
A: The first three calls are free.
Q: How much do you charge for onsite assistance during my installation?
A: Onsite assistance is charged at an hourly rate of $50 per hour. Trip charges may apply based on your location.
Q: How much do you charge to complete my project if I’m not able to do it?
A: Obviously each job is different. The amount of work to be done will vary, as will the fee to complete your project. Rates are always quoted prior to any work being performed.
Q: What is the relationship/difference between You Build the Closet and Closets by Courtois?
A: Closets by Courtois is a custom closet/organization company that completes your job from beginning to end.
You Build the Closet is a company that provides you with the same quality custom components but you, the individual, do the installation.
